Open House is for anyone in years 7-13 and happens every other Friday night. It is a fun packed evening full of games, making new friends and eating way too many sweets! Coming along is a good way to meet the team and find out more about the Youth Work at Opendoor Church.
Open House starts at 7:30pm at St Neots Community College and finishes at 9.15pm. We spend time on the Wii and the playstation (Singstar and Mario Kart are favourites), there is a massive tuck shop, table tennis, pool, poker and much more! At the end of the night we have a BIG team game led by a member of the youth team which is usually messy and crazy!
Once a month we have Open House EXTRA where we rent the Sports hall for football, rugby or basketball at a cost of £2 each for an hour of sports. If you don’t fancy that we have an hour of dance led by our dance team (Ignite Dance) or you can do the usual stuff!
Although coming to something new can seem a bit daunting at first, the team and young people will make sure you have a really friendly welcome when you come to Open House!
