Leadership Team

Ian & Angela

Ian and Angela moved to St. Neots in 2006 to be fully involved with Opendoor Church. Ian came on staff in 2007 and now leads the eldership team. Ian is passionate about building an authentic church community who enjoy God and love those around them.

Ian and Angela got married in 1999 and have three children: Kirstyn, Joshua and Samuel. Alongside being a full-time Mum, Angela runs a small cake-making business and leads Bumpkins, our group for mums and babies. Ian loves sport and music, and Angela loves painting and entertaining people. They both enjoy having fun as a family and with friends.

Tony & Ruth

Tony & Ruth moved to St Neots in 1997, discovered Opendoor Church within a few weeks of moving, and have enjoyed serving the church in a number of ways since then. Tony became an elder of the church in 2007 and oversees a number of aspects of church life, including PA and the smooth running of Sunday morning meetings.

Tony has run his own IT business for nearly 10 years and is committed to bringing God and Christian ethics into the workplace. Ruth is a full time Mum, and also finds time to administer the church finances and help out with Bumpkins, our group for mums and babies.

Tony & Ruth have been married for over 15 years and have two sons called Timothy and Matthew. Tony enjoys painting, motor sport (especially old Mini Coopers), and tinkering around with old minis! Ruth enjoys reading, cross-stitch and knitting.
